What information does Radiant Training & Consulting, LLC (Radiant) collect from its clients (prospective and current)?

Radiant collects information from clients when they complete the Contact Us page or when they pay online for a course via Radiant's website.

When completing the Contact Us page on the Radiant website, as appropriate, clients are asked to enter their complete name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth (month and date only) and comments. When paying online on the Radiant website via Authorize.net, clients are asked for their credit/debit card name, card-issuing company, card number and expiration date. Confidential debit/credit card information is collected by Authorize.net only.

What does Radiant use clients' information for?

Any of the information collected by Radiant from clients may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To improve its website (Radiant continually strives to improve its website based on feedback received from clients).
  • As a contact lead (requests for additional information about our services will result in a response from an authorized Radiant staff member).

Does Radiant uses cookies?

Radiant does not use cookies.

Does Radiant discloses any information to outside parties?

Radiant does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties its clients' private information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist Radiant in operating its website, conducting business, or servicing the clients, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Radiant therefore has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Radiant values its clients' privacy and therefore will not distribute clients' personal information to outside parties without the clients' consent.

Radiant complies with the requirements of the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Radiant does not collect any information from anyone under (18) years of age. Radiant's website products and services are all directed to people who are at least (18) years old.
