This course explores the actions to be executed to increase the rate of survival during an active shooter incident and medical emergency incidents. Course Duration: 1 Day, 4.5 Hours. $120 pp

This course is designed to prepare candidates for the Construction Site Fire Safety Manager S-56 Certificate of Fitness. All aspects of fire prevention and protection in buildings being constructed or deconstructed are explored and discussed in depth throughout the course. The study material for this course was prepared by the FDNY. Course Duration: 1 Day, 7-8 Hours. $190 pp

Any refrigerating system requiring FDNY permit must be under supervision of a Certificate of Qualification Q-01 Refrigerating System Operating Engineer (RSOE) holder while the system is in operation. This Certificate of Qualification is premises related and may only be used in one property. The refrigerating system may require to be under personal or general supervision. Course Duration: 230 hours. $5,000 pp

Covered Guards, which includes security guards and fire guards are required to attend this 40-hour course effective September 1, 2023. Course Duration: 5 Days, 8 Hours Each Day. $500 pp

Coordinators are required in homeless shelters in NYC to ensure the safety of the employees and clients in fire emergencies and emergencies other than fires. The study material for this course was prepared by the FDNY. Course Duration: 1 Day, 7 Hours. $150 pp

This course prepares participants for impairments of fire alarm systems, standpipe systems and sprinkler systems in all properties in NYC. The study material for this course was prepared by the FDNY. Course Duration: 1 Day, 3 Hours. $50 pp

Buildings or parts thereof occupied or operated to be occupied by emergency shelters shall be continuously patrolled by a fire guard. Every area of the building shall be patrolled at least once every hour. F-02 holders may additionally be assigned to monitor the areas in a shelter in which a fire protection system is out of service for fires. Course Duration: 1 Day, 3 Hours. $50 pp

FDNY requires at least one place of assembly safety personnel at the premesis where the Certificate of Occupancy (COO) indicates that 75 or more people will gather indoors or 200 or more outdoors. Course Duration: 1 Day, 4 Hours. $60 pp

This course prepares participants to provide first aid assistance to those in need. This class is sponsored by the American Red Cross. Course Duration: 1 Day, 4-6 Hours. $130 pp

This is the first of three security courses required by NYS for individuals seeking a NYS Security License. Course Duration: 1 Day, 8 Hours. $60 pp

This is the second of the three security courses required by NYS. This course must be completed within 90 days of beginning your first security job in NYS. Course Duration: 2 Days, 8 Hours Each Day. $100 pp

This is the third of the three security courses required by NYS. This course must be completed annually to maintain the NYS Security License active. Course Duration: 1 Day, 8 Hours. $40 pp

This course is designed to train participants in the proper means by which to detect metals that people may be carrying on their person. Dangerous instruments/weapons that people may bring into the built environment and concert halls include switchblades, guns, razors, and knives, among other instruments. Crimes such as active shooters are common in the built environment when metal detectors are not is use by security personnel. Many properties in New York City use magnetometers and handheld metal detecting wands to prevent violent crimes from occurring in their properties. Course Duration: 1 Day, 3 Hours. $75 pp
